These terms govern your use of the FunMath iPhone app. By using it you agree to
them.
FunMath is entertainment. It is a word game dressed as a calculator. Its
results are creative wordplay, not facts, definitions, advice, or the output of any real
calculation. Please do not rely on them for anything that matters.
What the app is
You type two words or short phrases, choose an operation, and the app produces a short,
playful result with a light explanation. It is designed to be surprising and shareable.
What the app is not
- It is not a dictionary, a thesaurus, or a source of definitions.
- It does not give advice of any kind — financial, legal, medical or otherwise.
- Its explanations are written to be entertaining, not authoritative, and may be wrong.
Subscriptions
- FunMath includes a small number of free calculations. Continuing beyond them requires an
auto-renewing monthly subscription, purchased inside the app.
- The price and duration are shown on the subscription screen before you buy, in your local
currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of
the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the
period ends.
- Manage or cancel at any time in
Settings → your Apple Account →
Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms, not by us.
Your content
The words you type and the results you keep stay on your device. You own what you create with
the app and are welcome to share it.
Acceptable use
Please do not use the app to produce or share material that is hateful, harassing, or unlawful.
The app aims for positive, age-appropriate humour and is built to steer that way.
Availability
The app is provided as-is. Results on iPhones that support Apple Intelligence come from an
on-device model whose availability depends on the device and its settings; on other iPhones the
app uses its own built-in engine. Features may change between versions, and we do not guarantee
uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of
the app or from anything it generates. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be
limited.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always the one on this page, with the date
shown at the top.
